I saw this on my wall, too. it was so nice of these kids to help. the damages caused by the super typhoon is just so heart breaking and painful, my heart was wrenched mostly when I saw kids and babies dead already. 🙁
When I see things like this, it gives me hope for the future. It makes me think that all is not lost in the chaos of the world and that compassion lives.
Saw this on my FB feeds too. Just what Aileen said, such gestures especially coming from children gives us a lot of hope. It may be unbelievable, but from times of difficulties, unity arises. It makes us all one in hope and pray for our nation to survive and rise again.
Media and the social networks have shared depressing stories and stories of hope about the victims of Typhoon, Earthquake and MNLF stand-off the past three months and this awareness have also touched the hearts of the youth. This noble act of the kids from abroad will set an excellent example to everyone about care and support for those in need. My son has personally called me because he wants to help these typhoon victims and I feel happy that as young as they are, they already have compassionate hearts!
That's so thoughtful of them to try to raise funds for the typhoon victims good on them.
Oh they are so thoughtful. I'm glad that people all around the world are helping out.

Happy to know that the kids, young as they are, already have a sense of social awareness to help. 🙂 Cheers!
