I eat and I lose? Seriously? Yep. There are foods that can help you lose! Eat the following and lose those extra pounds quick!
- APPLES – You don’t have to remove the skin! Pectin which is in apple skin makes you feel full longer.
- GREEN TEA – A study reveals that people who drink tea are 20% slimmer. What about black tea? Black tea may be okay, although this thing called EGCG which you can find in green tea is that special thingie that would burn the fat fast!
- CURRY – This reportedly contains a chemical that can make fat production a little slower. This can also make you sweat, contributing to more calorie burn.
- CINNAMON – Cinnamon has been known to do wonders in lowering your blood sugar. Aim for a teaspoon a day. Sprinkle over your oatmeal or morning coffee.
- WHITE KIDNEY BEANS – These are rich in fiber and will make you full longer.
SATISFYING SUBSTITUTE
I don’t know about you, but I get intense craving for chocolate which totally keeps my weight loss efforts off track. The solution to this if you cannot totally give up your sweets is to substitute. Hard candy can satisfy your craving for something sweet. Some crackers that are surprisingly chocolate covered come with two grams less fat per serving than the chocolate-covered one.
WALK YOUR DOG.
