don’t know what the season is now (probably in between the rainy and dry or the
“just-right-season” ?), but nature is sure showing off!!!

about what you love about yourself and those little quirks and bad habits that
you’d like to ditch. Challenge yourself
about wanting to make a change.

Ask
yourself what worked before. The solutions may be obvious. You may have times when you had that same
problem and solved it fairly well. Can’t
lose weight? Look back to the time when you were eating healthily and working
out regularly, then do those healthy habits again.

All you
need to do is take the first giant step.
Sometimes, we dwell on negative thoughts too much that we miss out on
our dreams. To change this, talk yourself into reaching your goals and believe
in yourself.

Love
and treat yourself right. Relax and
unwind at the spa, read your favorite book, watch a really good movie or bond
with your kids. Talking with my kids
(kids are incredibly witty, in case you haven’t noticed!) totally relaxes me
actually. Moments I spend with them are
priceless.

You
can choose your mood. Sometimes, we get
really cranky and blame it on female hormones, but we can choose to have a
better mood, although it is incredibly hard, I tell you. Start by remembering that you can change your
mood. Take a deep breath. Finally, look
around and notice what you love in this moment.
It may be that tweeting bird outside your window. Open your heart to things that you love in
the moment, no matter how small.

Thank you for this post! I needed to be reminded that I could choose not to be stressed. 😀 Love the pictures that you posted as well.
Yes, we can choose not to be stressed. The pictures were taken at Baguio's Home Sweet Home's little garden. It is a place where old CICM (they are mostly Belgians) priests retire. It has a beautiful garden. I could just stay there forever!
lovely post and lovely photos!!! I love it when you asked, "Are you blossoming? Would you like to grow your confidence or your happiness? Act now and watch yourself bloom.." I am now older and more confident but I am still realizing there is still room to grow even further, and I am experiencing this now! No matter how much work I have but I love the moments, I will still not be stressed… and will continue to discover new passions!
I like to think of myself as a seed and if I am good to grow. Believe me, I have lots of hang-ups. A lot of fears. But I give myself lots of chances too :). Let's continue to discover new passions (and tick our long bucket list!)
Great colors of nature right. What a wonderful world we are living in indeed.
Truly a wonderful world!
Another excellent post full of encouragement and ideas. I'm grabbing them and running with them. I also loved the photos. Thanks so much for your words! Reia from http://www.southcountrysides.blogspot.com
Hi, Reia! I love your blog, too. Truly if we just nurture and let ourselves grow,we would bloom!

Such lovely blooms! One of the easiest ways to relieve you from stress is to stop and smell the flowers. 🙂
Be thankful always, that's my mantra. Looking at the brighter things in life helps 🙂
PS: Love your pictures especially the one with the butterfly.
First time to visit this blog! 🙂
Wow! Nice captures po.
Everyday, as I wake up… I always thank God for everyone and everything around me! ^_^
I love your shot with that sun burst. Awesome!
Yes, I would like to grow into the image that God has wanted me to be. I want to improve myself both in and out and to be able to do that, I have to learn to believe in myself. 🙂 Thanks for posting this wonderful motivator and thought-inspiring article.
What a beautiful and uplifting post. I love flowers and warm weather. We are in the cold season now so this cheers me up.
Elizabeth
must be rainy seasons where flowers and trees blooms on its first months or so. those are very nice photos you've share there, ive always love to see the different colors of flowers and what it brings us.
Confidence is something that's a work of progress for me, I don't have a lot of those lol.
Following your blog now thru GFC sistah..
Aww flowers. I want to take care of flowers. sayang lang un mga gusto ko daw not in line for the hot weather – kya ang hirap as they are delicate din.
Seeing nature in its raw beauty reminds us that there's a divine guidance that makes them grow and bloom and so goes our own lives.
Thank you for the positive vibe, sis! It's great to be reminded of the things we need to do to attract positive things to our life.
Nice photos sis. And this positive post surely helps me nurture my inner me 🙂 I wish I can write as good as you.

This might be weird, but that photo of poinsettia is probably the first real one I've seen. I've only ever seen the plastic ones that are used during Christmas.
Yep I can see a lot of flowers blossoming around. A reminder of God's wonders. 🙂 Thanks for sharing. 🙂
Great looking blooms. At work, we joke that we have two seasons indeed –wet and wetter…nowawadays, it is becoming dry and drier.
I'd like to constantly nurture my ability to worry less and to just let things be. Sometimes I often question why this or that happened. And I have learned to fully trust my Lord especially when things seem murky. 🙂
very inspiring post! the photos are so lovely.. i miss being close to nature..
This is very inspirational. We need to be positive in life for the better.
Love all the beautiful things around me, love feeling them, seeing them and touching them. Its alwys good to feel happy all the time:)
Are all those photos taken in Baguio? Nice post. What a beautiful thought indeed!
