I just want to let you know that all opinions are my own and I may earn from qualifying purchases. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers. Enjoy and feel free to share with your friends!

Who loves taking selfies?
Everyone does!  Three cities in the Philippines are in the “Top 10 Selfiest Cities” (Makati and Pasig in the no.1 position and Cebu City at the no. 9th!)
Selfie dito, group pic doon! In this day and age where we’re obsessed with capturing the moment and uploading our pictures online,  we can’t help but feel the need to look presentable all the time. That’s why it’s no surprise that people are becoming more fashionable (fashown).

However, when it comes to skincare, people tend to overlook this.  After all, it’s easy to just cover up blemishes and wrinkles with photo editing apps. In real life though, however hard we may wish it, there is no app to edit our skin! Make up can only go so far. It’s a good thing there is a natural supplement that is packed with ingredients that have been used in maintaining healthy and radiant skin.
Let me tell you about a product I personally use – ATC Grape Seed Oil.
ATC-grape-seed-oil
ATC Healthcare International Corp. sought out the best grapes out there to fit into one convenient capsule – ATC Grape Seed Oil.  ATC Grape Seed Oil is an all-natural extract containing “OligomericProcyanidin”, an antioxidant 50 times more potent than Vitamin E, and 20 times stronger than Vitamin C. This antioxidant, found in ATC Grape Seed Oil, is said to have the ability to protect our bodies against free radicals which damage cells, allowing us to have healthier and more radiant skin.
Taking ATC Grape Seed Oil regularly may also help in lowering the level of bad LDL cholesterols in the body. It also helps relieve the pain and swelling caused by arthristis through its repairing and strengthening capacities of damaged capillaries and blood vessels. Aside from that, ATC Grape Seed Oil may help in boosting the immune system and blood circulation.
ATC Grape Seed Oil is to be taken 2 to 3 times a day, or as prescribed by your doctor. Take ATC Grape Seed Oil every day and let it work from the inside out to make you feel good on the inside and look great on the outside! At SRP P7.00 per capsule, take as many shameless selfies as you want. ATC Grape Seed Oil is available at Mercury Drug and other leading drugstores nationwide.
So, I don’t know about you, but I am heading to the drug store right now to stack on my ATC Grape Seed Oil!
To more selfies!

Andaming bawal for breastfeeding moms, BUT I breastfed for 5 years (seryoso!) and since anti-oxidant naman ito, I think it is safe (although it is better to err with caution din)
