Over three weeks ago, I received a text message from school around lunch time asking me to pick Adrian up because he is nursing a fever.
I was surprised because he seemed okay that morning when I took him to school.
When I went to school, the school registrar told me some of the kids in their class section were getting sick or were absent. Baka nahawa daw si Adrian.
“It must be the weather, ma’am. (It rained 3 weeks non-stop here in Baguio City) And nagtataka rin ako, ang bilis lumala ng mga sakit nila!”
And it was true.
Adrian was fine that morning, but over a few hours, he complained of having a pounding head ache, body ache and his body temperature shot up (it reached around 39+ degrees celsius later in the afternoon after I picked him up).
I was worried he may have dengue fever, but a visit to his pediatrician and lab tests disclosed a viral infection.
I guess the school registrar and the Ceelin TV Commercial I saw were right.
“Ang mga sakit, madaling makahawa, mabilis lumala, mas nagtatagal.”
As moms, we would do everything to protect our children. We make sure they are eating healthy food, getting the right supplements, but since times are different now, doing these are not enough anymore.
Mommy guilt reigned on me as I thought of how my son could have gotten sick. He is eating healthy food. I give him his Ceelin Plus naman.
But you know what? His fever and viral infection did not last long. After a day, he was well.
I attribute this to the superior protection from Ceelin Plus.
Why is it called Ceelin Plus, by the way?
It is because it has Vitamin C Plus Zinc for Proteksyong Plus. With Ceelin Plus, the Vitamin C is like a helmet protecting your child and the Zinc (the Plus) is the shield. Ceelin Plus gives your child dobleng proteksiyon.
“Para and sakit, hindi tumalab, hindi lumala, hindi tumagal.”
