You know what I love most about women?
We just know how to deal.
We’re busy enough on a daily basis, doing all
the things that make our lives work, from planning meals to scoring great foam mattress buys to planning the next get-together with our girlfriends. But then some kind of life crisis strikes –
car breaks down, child gets dengue fever, coworker you depend on breaks the
news that she’s leaving the company – and our strength really kicks into
overdrive. We become solution machines,
looking for a way to make things right, even if it means tucking away our own
fear, sorrow and panic until we know it is safe to lock ourselves in the
bedroom and have a little cry.

This ability to soldier on when life gets tough is a trait I
associate particularly with women who are mothers. I, as a mother, never ever thought I was
special. I definitely am not. Not by a long shot. I am ordinary in the most extraordinary
way. To cope with all that life offers
up, the good and bad, and still move forward to the next day, the next
vacation, the next happy ending that’s coming – that’s something we women do
every day.

In our workplace, it is always GIRL POWER!!! The guys are there to think, debate, debate and debate. But the girls, think, do, analyze, do, think and do again! In the end, when there are things to be finished, it is the girls who stay on to finish the job!
true. it is when we're in a tight situation that we get creative with our solutions… 🙂
Mums are really able to do almost everything 🙂
Oh yeah, that's girl power for you!!! I wonder how we do it huh? hahaha
Yay for amazing women. They say that behind every powerful man is a woman (and behind every powerful woman is a gay bestfriend. hehehe).
