One of my greatest diet downfall is this:
And when I do fall (and I won’t mention how many times), I tend to be lax on my workout as well.
But like every fitness experts say, in fitness, it’s the little things that count.
A daily exercise routine gives you countless benefits of exercise like good health, slim body, positivity and brain activity stimulator. We may even count on a longer lifespan thanks to our exercise routine.
However, I get it. The world is busier than ever. Everyone is over-worked and over-scheduled. Even a toddler is over-scheduled! Cramming a workout may not even be a possibility especially if your daily commute from your home to work and back looks like this:
And you waste hours at stalled traffic, time you should have been spending on your workout or your family.
But what if you spend those hours stuck in traffic working out?
I am serious. Stop honking at that car in front of you! Do some exercises instead.
I don’t mean burpies, ha? Try stretching your arms, some twisting and turning to relieve those body aches, some neck exercises to relieve that stiff neck.
There are a million ways to #workouttowork while stuck on traffic.
Can you think of other ways?
