Do You Use Natural Skin Care For Your Baby?
We have this family curse.
We have the most sensitive skin.
I am serious.
Dust would touch my skin and my kids’ skin, and rashes will magically appear.
Sunlight shining on our skin? If it is too hot (like the sun over there at Manila…Thank goodness we live in Baguio), blisters would magically appear.
Ate something prohibited? Those annoying rashes appear, too.
(And I will tell you sometime about that time I have been rushed to the hospital just for eating fishball.)
That is why I am very vigilant of what product touches our skin.
If it has something which I cannot pronounce or have difficulty spelling out, like
- tetrasodium edta,
- magnesium sulfate,
- sodium tallowate,
- sodium lauryl sulfate,formaldehyde (!) , and
- tetrasoidum etidronate. (I know right. Creepy!),
I toss them out.
The baby product needs to be:
100% CERTIFIED NATURAL, 0% HARMFUL CHEMICALS.
…which I found in this cute bucket of all-natural Belo Baby products…
Of course not.
If it is from Belo, it means that this baby product line has been meticulously crafted for the most delicate skin.
It really does not matter if you are a baby or an adult like me with sensitive skin.
Its promise is its Belo Baby Guarantee: 100% certified natural ingredients and 0% harmful ingredients.
So what are these natural ingredients good for your baby?
Belo Baby is clinically proven gentle on the skin and can be used everyday.
Let me tell you about Belo Baby’s all-natural ingredients:
Cocoa Butter is an ingredient that contains antioxidant qualities that protect skin from the outside. It keeps the skin healthy by strengthening and deeply moisturizing it. With its anti-inflammatory properties, it also relieves common skin irritations like rashes.
Shea Butter is a known superfood for the skin, as well as the hair. It heals, protects, nourishes, and moisturizes skin from damage and dryness. Because it is natural, gentle, and soft, it is suitable for all skin types especially the delicate and sensitive skin of babies. It naturally heals common skin conditions of babies like eczema and diaper rash.
Sweet Almond Oil has the ability to lock moisture into the skin. It is also a good exfoliator to help remove dead skin cells and stimulate the development of healthier skin. It is generally safe for all skin types, including delicate baby skin.
Beyond the promise, did Belo Baby deliver?
I used the Belo Baby product line after Adrian had a grueling school Sports Fest. Needless to say, the heat, the dust and the excitement did a number on his sensitive skin.
(that’s Adrian on his knees)
He had major rashes all over his arm and he was slightly sunburned.
Knowing that shea butter and sweet almond oil can relieve and heal common skin conditions, I asked him to use Belo Baby Hair and Body Wash. His skin felt soft and moisturized and his rashes which were angry-red a few hours earlier were subsiding.
I slathered Belo Baby Face and Body Lotion after his shower. You see, it has always been his pediatrician’s order that his sensitive skin should always be moisturized. The lotion would serve as a barrier and will make the sensitive skin stronger.
Belo Baby Hair and Body Wash and Belo Baby Face and Body Lotion has a fresh baby scent to it that I and Adrian’s older sister (the person with the mostest sensitive skin in the family) super-love.
His older sister loves all the products, by the way and her skin has been reacting nicely to the all-natural ingredients of Belo Baby.
My kids and I have been using the Belo Baby products and our #BeloBaby experience has been awesome.
You know how harsh the summer weather has been lately, right?
Well, my certified kids-with-the-most-sensitive-skin-in-the-whole-wide world are now protected by Belo Baby – Crafted with care for the most delicate skin, for the most meticulous moms.
But don’t take my word for it.
