Creamy, fruity citrus and banana smoothie with plain Greek Yogurt!
Make sure you have a strong, powerful blender that will blend all the ingredients. I like using Ninja Master Prep Professional!
In a small saucepan, bring the sugar and water to a boil over medium-high heat. Simmer and stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves, which would be about 5 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes.
Add the Greek yogurt, banana,oranges, orange zest, vanilla extract, and ice.
Blend until the mixture is thick, creamy and smooth (around 3 minutes)
Pour into glasses and serve.
